OUR SIMPLE PROCESS TO AN EASY CONCRETE GRINDING SERVICE
Our easy-to-follow grinding process emphasises the safety of you, our equipment, and our staff. Typically, the our process is done it 3-4 steps:
First, we prepare your surface or floor. This involves clearing the area, stripping any adhesives or paint, and then topping the surfaces with our decorative additives.
Next we use our state of the art diamond cutting machine to slowly grind away at your surface. Gradually changing grinding pads from coarse to fine, this creates an extremely smooth and resilient surface.
Step three is to seal off the surface. A densifying solution is spread across the floor to fill in any holes, chips or cracks, which also strengthens the concrete.
This step continues the grinding process and uses even finer pads. This will give the surface a glossy, glass like finish.
